I dunno…..2-3 miles? No way I could have run it straight through. Can’t wait till i can though… I walked it in about 45 minutes?

Just did an hour with “Exercise TV”

It’s only day one but the journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step!

I’m going to start off walking till my legs are strong enough to run for extended periods of time.

I’ve already got alot of muscle so all i  have to do really is use it and actually eat 3 meals a day. Which means not skip breakfast, eat crap for lunch and skip dinner.
